HungryPotato.com teams up restaurants and pubs on one website to allow consumers to buy authentic merchandise from places around the country!

Why do you sell Authentic Restaurant Merchandise?
Because we love this stuff! And we couldn’t find so many of our favorite places’ items online – so we decided to find a way to bring all these great products together on one website.

Will items from different restaurants come in the same package?
Items may arrive in individual shipments from each restaurant/location, and any gift messages will be included in each separate package.

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders typically arrive within 5 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days to receive all of your merchandise.

How are your shipping charges calculated?
Shipping prices are calculated automatically at the time of online checkout and are confirmed by you, our customer, before orders are processed. We charge a processing fee per origin (restaurant or pub location), and then each item’s shipping charge is based on weight. All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service with a delivery confirmation number.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Not at this time – but we look forward to adding Global Shipping soon!

Do you charge sales tax?
All California residents will be charged an 8.25% sales tax on every order.

Can I return my items if I don't like them?
No, sorry. We do not accept returns. We offer exchanges only, from the same establishment only, within 10 days of receipt of the item. We will only process a refund if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and a replacement/exchange item is not available. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Is my credit card information secure?
To ensure the security of your credit card information, we employ off-site Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL encrypts your credit card information, so that it cannot be read as it is sent through the Internet and is only used by us to fulfill your order.

What is your privacy policy?
We guarantee that your personal information will never be given out or sold to any entity. HungryPotato.com does not share or sell for any reason any collected information about our customers.
